Euphoria

Maybe you exist,
Maybe you don’t.
Waiting for me to change on full moon.

Amidst the days when you slowly creep in
and sneak up my back
You never ask me how I feel
and I refuse to react.

I just know for a fact,
that you won’t accept a no.
appealing in a similar way to like minds,
and a phase to those who don’t bow.

 

Like a cloud, I want you to pass
full of either dust or glitter of star mass.

But you drenched me anyway
And would damage me tomorrow.
Just like I like you today but I’ll hate you
when you find my sorrow.

For you, euphoria,
my starkid,
love tingling the knots of my gut
wrapping up illusions to mere eyes
earnestly hiding the facade you’re
that – I’ve finally learnt to recognize!
